No refrigerated items such as: frozen, meat, dairy, etc. will qualify for this service. Any Order with refrigerated items under the amount for free next day shipping will be expedited to FedEx Express (overnight Service) at your cost.
Free Next Day Air shipping on all order $599.99 or more on all items such as: Grocery, Frozen, Meat, Dairy, and etc. Lead time to ship on all orders is 24 – 48 hours excluding Fridays, weekends, or National and Jewish Holidays and then 1 business days in transit. Your order must be over $599.99 to get this service. If your order contains dry groceries and frozen or perishable items your shipment will be split in both services to accommodate your items such as dry grocery items will be sent via FedEx ground shipping (2 – 5 business days in transit) and frozen or perishable items will be sent via FedEx Next Day Air shipping (1 business days in transit).
Preparation for shipping on Perishable items are wrapped in double sealed plastic and Flash Frozen to ensure freshness then packed in a cardboard box surrounded with Styrofoam packed with frozen gel packs or dry ice and peanuts then sent out via FedEx Next Day Air shipping (1 business days in transit).
The Flash Frozen Process (or blast freezing) refers to the process in various industries whereby objects are quickly frozen by subjecting them to very low temperatures. For example, flash freezing is used in the food industry to quickly freeze perishable food items. In this case, food items are subjected to temperatures well below water's melting/freezing point (32°F or 0°C), causing the water inside the foods to freeze in a very short period without forming large crystals, thus avoiding damage to cell membranes with Flash Frozen you have the option of freezing the product or using it right away once you have received it. This process lasts up to 48 hours allowing you to receive your items as fresh as possible.

Cancelation Fees, Returns, Exchanges, and Damaged Policy: Cancellation will result in a restocking fee equal to the sum of (A) 100% of the total dollar amount of your perishable items (since our perishable items are custom-ordered and guaranteed fresh) plus (B) 25% of the total dollar amount of your nonperishable items. Returns & No Exchange policy are for dry goods only; if you are dissatisfied with an item that was sent you may return it before the cut off time (7 business days after the order has been delivered). Once the returned merchandise is received a credit will be issued. Please note a restocking of 25% will be deducted of the total dollar amount of your returned items. JoycePantry.com does not credit back for shipping fees on returns which is a Term you agree to once finalizing the order. We do not accept any returns of Meat, Frozen, Dairy or Perishables items nor do we accept exchanges. Damaged/Spoiled Claims: If your order arrives damaged or spoiled a report must be made by the customer via email only before the required cutoff time (24 hours from the delivery time), When filing for a damaged claim you must provide your order, tracking number and a picture has to be submitted in the email, the items also must be sent back to us in order to file the claim no exceptions. Claims will not be accepted after 24 hours from the delivery time. A claim will be filed by one of our customer representatives and you will received a decision between 3 to 5 business days after the claim has been made. Something wrong or missing something from you Order? If you feel that something is wrong or missing from your order you must notified us within 24 hours after the order has been delivered by email only. No wrong or missing claims will be accepted after 24 hours of the delivery time.
